Assessment [ team ]

Mission

The mission of the Assessment Team is to support the efforts of The Office of Assessment and to provide leadership, direction, and educational opportunities for a strategic assessment program in the Division of Student Affairs.

Functions

• Liaison with Student Affairs units on assessment
• Plan educational events on assessment for Student Affairs units
• To implement a cohesive, coordinated assessment program for Student Affairs units
• Setting a long-range schedule for Student Affairs program review
• Provide education, expertise and information to inform departmental decision-making through use of assessment
• Provide collaborative and diverse perspectives by including membership from a variety of departments within Student Affairs
• Share and disseminate departmental assessment results among team members
• Assist in planning and implementation of division-wide assessment projects
• Responsible for development of a strategic plan on assessment and program review for Student Affairs
